To access applications protected by the standard Intermountain login, you will need your Intermountain Health Master Account user name and password. This is the same user name and password that is used for Intermountain.net, Human Resources, WorkDay, Kronos, and many other Intermountain applications.
To activate a new Master Account, you will to know your user name. If you are a new employee, you should be given your user name in employee orientation. If you cannot remember your user name, you will need to contact your local HR department or Intermountain contact.
For identity verification, you will be required to be near your phone and provide your phone number and physical address associated with your phone number.
If you have forgotten your username, you can perform a recovery by validating information on your account. If you are unable to recover your username through self-service, you will need to contact the Service Desk.
Reset Forgotten Password / Reset Expired Account
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it after verifying your identity using either your 2-Step Verification method, or verifying your identity by providing your phone number and physical address associated with your phone number.
If your account has expired, you will need to reset your password to reactivate it.

Reset 2-Step Verification / New Phone Enrollment
If you have lost or broken your 2-Step Verification method or you have purchased a new phone and forgot to remove your old phone first, you can reset your 2-Step Verification and enroll your new devices after verifying your identity.
