Step 1 - Enter Email Address or Employee ID
Please enter your email address or Intermountain employee ID to recover your username. If you provide a valid email address that matches what we have on file, you will receive an email that contains your username. If you provide an employee ID number, you will be required to provide additional verification information to process your recovery request.
If you do not receive an email or were unable to provide verification, please contact the Service Desk or your Intermountain representative.
